A Manchester man is accused of obstructing the breathing of an individual at his residence over the weekend, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident allegedly occurred on Saturday and involved Ryan M. Barber, 31, of Manchester — who deputies say intentionally impeded the normal breathing of another person by blocking the nose and mouth of the individual.
Barber was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, according to deputies. He will answer the charges at a later date in Manchester Town Court.
