The Geneva Town Democratic Committee has scheduled a caucus for 7 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Geneva Community Center, 160 Carter Road. The purpose is to nominate a resident to run for highway superintendent, a position vacated by the recent retirement of Dave Achilles.
