An Ionia woman was arrested in Bristol on State Route 64 after she was found to have been trespassing into a dwelling that did not belong to her.
Mary Joyce Linehan, 54, of Ionia was arrested for criminal trespass in the second degree. Deputies say they responded to a disturbance call in Naples and following an investigation deputies learned that Linehan had entered and stayed inside a dwelling without the permission of the owner.
Linehan was taken into custody without incident and released with an appearance ticket. She will answer the charges in Naples Town Court at a later date.
