On September 4, deputies in Seneca County arrested Frederick T. Welch, 56, of Rochester for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree following a larceny investigation in the Town of Junius.
Welch was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and is to reappear to the Town of Junius Court on September 15 at 7:00 pm
During the investigation the passenger, Doncella M. Loyd, 57, of Rochester was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
Loyd was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Deputies say, Loyd was released on her own recognizance and is to reappear to The Town of Junius Court on September 15 at 7:00 pm.
