Two teens arrested after violating social host law

Four people were arrested in Gorham after the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department responded to a noise complaint.

Taylor McKeen and Garrett Cunningham, both 19-years-old, of Auburn were arrested for allowing underage persons to consume alcohol on their premises. Police say that Jonathan MacClurg, 20 of Jamesville and Jared Patterson, 19, of Cayuga were also arrested.

The social host law violation meant that the four would be issued appearance tickets and will answer those charges in court at a later date.
