Seneca Co. man arrested after pushing female, urinating on car seat during domestic dispute

FullSizeRenderSeneca County Sheriff Tim Luce reports that deputies responded to a domestic incident on Sunday at 3 pm, arresting a male subject after he allegedly caused physical harm to an unnamed female victim.

Deputies say that they responded to a domestic incident at 3 pm on Sunday. Upon further investigation, deputies arrested Duane E. Kirby, 45, for harassment in the second degree and criminal tampering in the third degree.

Kirby allegedly pushed a female to the ground — causing injuries to the victim, and also allegedly urinated on the driver’s seat of the victim’s vehicle multiple times during the incident.

He was arraigned in Fayette Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 bail. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

Kirby will appear in court on September 7, 2016 for further action.
