A Jordan man with three prior convictions for driving while intoxicated was arrested Friday after leading state police on a brief chase in the town of Elbridge.
William D. Smith, of 215 Chamberlain Road, was charged with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer.
