A bicyclist and his daughter were struck by a vehicle in Seneca Falls, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Authorities say that the accident occurred at the intersection of Seneca Manor Dr. and Chief Seneca Ave. in the Town of Seneca Falls on August 29, at 8:05 pm.
David Lousley of Seneca Falls was riding his bicycle on Chief Seneca Ave. with his 6-year-old daughter when he was struck by a vehicle being operated by Clyde B. Collins, also of Seneca Falls.
Lousley was transported to Geneva General Hospital after suffering head and leg injuries as result of the accident. Collins was cited for failure to keep right and will answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court.
