There wasn’t anyone home at the time of the fire, but one pet remains missing after a family home in Palmyra was destroyed by a fire.
A passerby flagged down help, which led to multiple 9-1-1 calls, according to reports. While the two individuals who lived in the home were not present at the time – their pet remains missing. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The home was a ‘total loss’ and was first reported around 5:30 pm. The home was located on County Road 7 in Palmyra.
