Cayuga County pays former deputy sheriff $100,000 in separation agreement

Cayuga County has paid $100,000 to a former deputy sheriff, who suffered from injuries on the job, as part of a confidential separation agreement. Mettler Toledo exiting the region, taking 185 jobs with it
