A Penn Yan woman was arrested on a superior court warrant for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Brittany M. Bell, 24, of Penn Yan was arrested on August 24 after an investigation into the alleged sale and possession of heroin in the Village of Penn Yan.
Bell was arraigned in Yates County Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $15,000 secured bond.
