A.T. Walley and Co. will host “Nick’s Ride for HEAL”

A.T. Walley and Co. will be hosting “Nick’s Ride for HEAL”, a benefit honoring the memory of Nicholas Campanola, a young man who died of a heroin overdose. All proceeds will be donated to the HEAL organization (Heroin Epidemic Action League) to battle the heroin epidemic and promote heroin awareness.

There will be a bike ride starting at noon on Saturday, September 3, 2016. Motorcyclists will register prior to the ride at A.T. Walley’s located at 119 Genesee Street, Auburn. The cost will be $15 per driver and $10 for riders. All proceeds will be donated to the HEAL organization.

A block party will start at 2:00 p.m. at the return of the riders. Speakers will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Sheriff Dave Gould and Chris Geherin as the emcees. Speakers will include the Honorable U.S. Representative John Katko, as well as members of the community who have lost loved ones to the disease of addiction.

In addition to being of educational value, the day will also offer enjoyment. Live entertainment will be provided by The House Band, Burned-Out Suns and Motley Crouton.
