On August 17 at 8:47 AM the Seneca Falls Police Department investigated a two car accident on State Route 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Charles J. Baker, 28, of Seneca Falls was traveling out of the Dunkin Donuts parking lot onto Route 5 when his vehicle collided with the east bound vehicle of Corinne M. Smith, 35, of Waterloo.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene due to extensive front end damage. Baker and Smith both reported minor injuries. Baker was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance where he was treated and released.
The Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted at the scene by the New York State Police.
