A Seneca Falls woman was arrested on Saturday at approximately 3:30 am by Seneca Falls Police after a domestic incident involving a child at her residence.
Authorities in Seneca Falls say that Frances D. Rivkin, 48, of Seneca Falls was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree after a domestic incident at her home.
Rivkin was arraigned in Tyre Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond. She will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
