On Wednesday, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested a Canandaigua man on two charges after a warrant was issued out of Penn Yan Court for his arrest.
Authorities say that Michael J. Bruno Jr., of Canandaigua was charged with criminally injecting a narcotic drug — a Class E felony, and harassment in the second degree — a violation. Bruno was arrested and taken into custody when he was being released from the Monroe County Jail.
He was arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court and was transported to the Yates County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000 cash and $4,000 bond.
