On Monday at approximately 8:25 pm a Manchester man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident, which occurred in the Town of Manchester.
Deputies in Ontario County say that Roanld Wayne Loftus, 44, of Manchester was arrested at his residence after an investigation into a domestic incident at his residence. Loftus was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and assault in the third degree. Details of the incident were not released by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention and will appear in Manchester Town Court to answer the charge.
