Two Finger Lakes wineries received the top awards at the 31st New York Wine & Food Classic held Tuesday and Wednesday in Watkins Glen. Billsboro Winery in Geneva received the Governor's Cup trophy for its 2013 syrah, which also won for best red wine. The Governor's Cup is presented annually to the top wine in the competition.
