The Wayne County Action Program Inc. is celebrating 50 years of service and its Golden Anniversary this year, and as part of the special celebration, the non-profit agency will honor retiring state Sen. Mike Nozzolio at its annual gala. The gala is one of Wayne CAP’s most important fundraisers of the year with all profits going to the Colvin Fund for disbursement to programs in needed.
