On Wednesday the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Sherry L. Wiggins, age 25 of Seneca Falls, for endangering the welfare of a child, 3 counts, and criminal contempt 2nd degree. Sherry is accused of leaving her 3 children ages 9 months, 3 years, and 6 years old unattended in a yard at the Seneca County office building at 1 Dipronio Drive with no supervision. Sherry was also charged with criminal contempt as there was an order of protection in effect protecting the children from Sherry. Sherry was arraigned in Junius Town Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on $750 cash bail/$1,500 bail bond. Seneca County Child Protective Services also assisted in the case.
