The Geneva man accused of fracturing another person’s skull with a metal pipe goes on trial this week in Ontario County Court. Robert Lewis Sr., 54, faces felony charges of first-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. The assault charge is a class B felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
