The New York State Parole Board has denied road-rage killer William LeVea’s fourth application for parole, the Cayuga County district attorney said Monday. This was LeVea’s third application for an early release based on a medical parole for a non-terminal illness. The board earlier denied LeVea’s application for regular parole.
