A new bistro will soon open at 105 Genesee St. in Auburn.
Bistro Gusto Italiano, a restaurant and bakery, is set to open within the next few weeks in the former Bambino’s Bistro space, owner Dario D’Angelo said Friday.
D’Angelo will oversee the restaurant and his wife, Lucia, will run the bakery, he said. Dario’s father, Vincenzo, will help out as well.
