The city has begun developing its 2017 budget and is seeking funding proposals from not-for-profits to help deliver city services. City Manager Matt Horn said Geneva is seeking “partners who can deliver municipal services, leveraging private and not-for-profit investment against city funds to deliver maximum taxpayer investments.”
