The Seneca Falls Water Department will be temporarily discontinuing the Chloramines disinfectant treatment process. We will revert back to the previous means of Chlorination used in 2012.This is a temporary change, and in a few weeks the Water Department will gradually return to the Chloramines treatment process.The only change residents may notice is a stronger chlorine odor during the next few weeks.The quality of Town of Seneca Falls water will not change according to the Town Water Department.If residents have questions or concerns, please contact us at 315-568-6211.
