On Saturday, deputies in Seneca County arrested a man with no permanent address for assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic incident, which occurred around 11:30 pm in the Town of Lodi.Deputies say that Dustin E. Robinson, 23, was charged after a domestic incident where he allegedly struck a female in the face causing an injury. There were two children present at the time of the domestic incident, which prompted the endangering charges.He was arraigned in Lodi Town Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.He will appear on July 20th at 10 am in Lodi Town Court to answer the charges.
