On July 13th at approximately 2:00 am, members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Terry B. Laubach, 24 of Seneca Falls for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC over .08% and failure to keep right following a traffic stop on East Bayard Street Extension. Laubach was released on traffic tickets and is due in the Seneca Falls Town Court to be arraigned on July 25th at 6 pm.
