The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says that on July 9th a Canandaigua man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped in the Town of Victor for failing to keep right.Deputies arrested Christopher, M. Bates, 28, of Canandaigua and charged him with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, as well as failure to keep right, and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device. He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
