The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on July 14th at approximately 12:45 pm deputies arrested Scott W. Meldrum, 28, of Waterloo after causing damage to a wall at a Waterloo business. He was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and the estimated damage was $150. He was located at a residence later that day and taken into custody. Meldrum was arraigned in Junius Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. He will appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
