The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports on Friday morning that they are investigating a fatal motorcycle accident on Hinman Road in the Town of Summerhill. Deputies say that a 2007 Suzuki was traveling south on Hinman Road when it struck a deer. While deputies have not released the name of the victim, due to family notification – they are continuing to investigate the crash.The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Cayuga County 911, Cayuga County Coroner’s Office, Homer Fire Department, and Four Town Ambulance.FingerLakes1.com will have more on this story as it develops and identities are released.
