Clifton Springs woman charged with endangering

On Thursday, a Clifton Springs woman was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident at 18 Kendall Street in the Village of Clifton Springs.When deputies in Ontario County arrived at the scene, they learned that Lori A. Sanders, 31, of Clifton Springs had fled the scene prior to their arrival following a domestic incident. The New York State Police had Sanders in custody for an unrelated charge when deputies learned of her location. She was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and charged with assault in the third degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.She was committed to the Ontario County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 insurance bond.
