On Wednesday, deputies in Ontario County were called to State Route 96 — just east of Flint Street in the Village of Phelps for a two car motor vehicle accident.Amy Milliken of Phelps was stopped facing east waiting to turn left into a driveway when she was rear ended by Jenna Caster of Geneva. Milliken sustained neck and back injuries and was transported to Clifton Springs Hospital by Phelps Ambulance.A 13-year-old male passenger in Caster’s vehicle complained of head pain and was transported by Finger Lakes Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital. All parties reported to be wearing their seat belts. Airbags deployed in Caster’s vehicle. She was issued a citation for following too closely and will answer the charge in Phelps Town Court.
