The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that multiple arrests were made at the Dave Matthews concert, which was held Wednesday at CMAC in Canandaigua. Deputies arrested 10 individuals with a violation of the New York State Alcohol Beverage and Control law, for possessing alcohol while being under the age of 21. Deputies determined that those arrested and charged had the intent to consume the alcohol, which was found on the individuals suspected of illegally having alcohol on their person.All 10 were issued citations and will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.Names of the accused were not released by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
