Deputies in Seneca County arrested a Willard man after violating the terms of his pre-trial release on Sunday at 11:30 pm.Stephen C. Mayo, 38, of Willard was arrested by deputies on a bench warrant issued from the Town of Cover Court. The warrant was issued because it is alleged Mayo failed to adhere to the guidelines of a pre-trial release and electronic home monitoring. He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail.He will answer the charges on July 11th.
