On July 3rd, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that Charles I. Evert, 57, of Fairport was charged with driving while intoxicated.He was stopped on State Route 96, according to deputies in a 1997 gray Cadillac in the Town of Victor. He was issued several traffic tickets and released to a third party. Avert will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
