On Tuesday at approximately 9:30 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael A. Zona, age 34 of Waterloo, on an active arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for petit larceny and criminal mischief in the 4th. The warrant stems from an incident at Kinney Drugs in Seneca Falls, where Zona had stole merchandise totaling $37.99 and in the process of stealing the merchandise, he damaged another product costing the same amount. Zona was arraigned before the Town of Tyre Court and ROR. He is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 7th at 5 pm to answer to the charges.
