A Victor man was charged with falsifying business records after an investigation into an incident at Eastview Mall on Friday evening.Andrew E.N. Keukelear, 27, of Victor was charged with falsifying business records int he first degree — by Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies after he allegedly made several fraudulent returns to the Walking Store inside Eastview Mall where he was employed.The returns were performed from October 2015 to June 2016 and amounted to $1,641.50. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
