Seneca Falls Police Department Investigators arrested Daniel C. Incarnato, age 37of 61 West Bayard Street in Seneca Falls, on a Superior Court Warrant. Incarnato was arraigned on an indictment charging him with 3 counts of sexual conduct against a child in the 1st degree, class B violent felony. The indictment alleges that Incarnato engaged in multiple sexual acts with two male children, both under the age of 11, over the course of approximately five years (August 2007 – Fall 2012). The defendant is being held on $5,000 cash bail or a $10,000 bond. Incarnato is scheduled to reappear in Seneca County Court on July 25th for further proceedings.
