Thursday morning the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Tucker Parmelee, age 18 of Penn Yan, on a superior court warrant charging two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th.Parmelee is accused of selling clonazepam in the Village of Penn Yan. Parmelee was already being housed in jail on other charges and was produced in Yates County Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Yates County Jail on $10,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
