On Tuesday, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Seneca Falls man on an active arrest warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court for petit larceny and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. The warrant stems from an investigation into an incident at Kinney Drugs on State Route 5&20 in Seneca Falls. Zona allegedly stole merchandise totaling $37.99 and in the process of stealing the merchandise he damaged another producing costing the same amount.He was arraigned before the Tyre Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Zona will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 7th to answer the charges.
