The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of Mario R. Mastrangelo, age 29 of Port Byron, for grand larceny in the 4th. He was arrested following an investigation involving a stolen car from the Town of Huron. Mastrangelo was staying at a friends house on Ridge Road and it is alleged that sometime in the early morning hours on June 27th he took a vehicle from the residence without permission from the owner. Mastrangelo and the vehicle were located the following day on Old Lyons Road in the Town of Arcadia.Mastrangelo was arraigned in Huron Town Court and was remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to reappear at a later date to answer the charge.
