On Monday at 1:25 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brenda A. Kemp, age 50 of Seneca Falls, for menacing in the 2nd following a domestic incident that occurred at her residence in the Town of Seneca Falls. Kemp is accused of threatening another Seneca Falls resident with a knife during a domestic. Kemp was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was ROR. She will reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on July 7th at 5:00 pm. 
An Order of Protection was issued for the victim.
