A Victor woman is facing criminal charges after allegedly attempting to altering the price of an item at Anthropologie at the Eastview Mall.Kristin Odell, 44, of Victor was charged with falsifying business records in the first degree, after it was found that she had peeled a $39.95 sale sticker off of one item, and placed it on a dress before paying for it. The dress was valued at $89.95. Odell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Victor Town Court to answer the charge at a later date.
