The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that an 18-year-old, Ontario resident was arrested following a traffic stop in Wayne County.Deputies say following an investigation Benjamin R. Anderson, 18, of Ontario was arrested in the Town of Walworth after he appeared to be operating the vehicle in an impaired condition. Deputies discovered that Anderson was in possession of the prescription Zanex. He was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, moving from lane unsafely and unsafe turn. Anderson was released on traffic and appearance tickets and will appear in Walworth Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
