On Thursday the Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Cory J. Henehan, age 27 of Stanley, for aggravated felony DWI.While operating his 2003 Chevrolet Malibu on East Swamp Road in the Town of Gorham, Henehan struck a mailbox and later exited the roadway into a ditch. Henehan was charged with aggravated DWI for having an alcohol level above .18%. He was previously convicted of a DWI in 2007, making this a felony charge. He is being held at the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention and is to appear in the Gorham Town Court at a later date.
