On Thursday the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kelli L. Fortier, age 50 of Seneca Falls, on an active arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for endangering the welfare of a child, unlawfully dealing with a child in the 1st degree (2 counts), and the Seneca County Social Host Law. The arrest stems from an incident on June 4th where it was reported that there was an underage drinking party being held at a residence in the Town of Seneca Falls. Fortier was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR. She is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 4th to answer to the charges.
