On Tuesday at approximately 11:00 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Chelsea N. Ticer, age 26 of Seneca Falls, for endangering the welfare or a child (2 Counts), and harassment in the 2nd. Ticer was involved in a physical domestic dispute with her boyfriend in the presence of her two children. She was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail/ $1000 bond. Ticer is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 7th at 5:00 pm. An Order of Protection was issued for the victim.
