On Friday at approximately 12:50 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Daniel E. White, age 49 of Seneca Falls, for criminal nuisance in the 2nd. White is accused of discharging a fire extinguisher inside his apartment building setting off the fire alarms and creating a condition of panic within the building. White was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $300 cash/ $600 secured bond. He is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 07/13/16 at 9:00 am to answer the charge.
