Deputies in Seneca County report that two individuals have been arrested in connection with an investigation into a morning burglary, which occurred at a residence in the Town of Tyre on an earlier date.Kari L. Snyder, 31, of North Rose was arrested on June 13th and charged with burglary in the second degree – a class C felony, and grand larceny in the second degree – a class C felony. Ryan J. Faniel, 28, of Sodus was arrested and charged with burglary in the second degree- a class C felony, as well as grand larceny in the third degree – a class D felony.It is alleged that Snyder and Faniel acted in concert to enter a residence through a window while the homeowner was sleeping and steal $10,000 in cash. Both suspects were arraigned in the Town of Waterloo court where Faniel was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. Snyder was committed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 insurance bond.The pair will appear in Tyre Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
