Earlier today the Clyde Police Department arrested Brandi L. Bailey, age 23 of Clyde, for endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest stems from an individual witnessing her 2 sons, ages 2 and 3, in the roadway without supervision. Bailey was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Town of Galen Court on July 13th before Judge Carr.
