At about 11:00 pm on Saturday the City of Canandaigua Police Department charged John S. Hines, age 46 of Canandaigua, with criminal sale of a controlled substance in third degree. Hines is accused of selling crack cocaine on multiple occasions at the Farmer’s Inn and while at his residence. Hines was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
